Initial Consultation (in person or virtual)
Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with and that also understands your goals can be daunting. It's important to find a therapist that you can connect with and can provide you the feedback and resources that sync. I offer a FREE 20 minute consultation to discuss your goals so that we can determine if my services are the best fit for your needs. 

Individual Psychotherapy
Sessions are focused on identifying goals, strengths, barriers, and methods for progress. 50 and 90 minute sessions available.
Issues that may be addressed in therapy:

  • Gender affirming exploration

Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy focuses on communication skills and exploring areas of conflict that might be causing distress in a relationship. 50 and 90 minute sessions available.

Meditation/Visualization Session
Sessions use a mixture of guided meditation and physical relaxation and connection techniques. The intent is to explore mental and physical connections to aid in physical awareness. Sessions can also be used  to help identify barriers to progress that may not be as easily expressed. Can be added to Individual Psychotherapy sessions for an additional fee or can be scheduled as a standalone session.
